Returns & Warranty

We want you to be completely happy with your VESSEL. If something is not right, here is how we put it right.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it, unused and undamaged
  • In its original box and packaging, with all tags and included accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method in Thai Baht. We refund the price of the item. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Return shipping

Choose whichever suits you:

  • Use our return label. We send you a prepaid label and deduct a flat fee from your refund:
    • Accessories: 100 THB
    • Golf bags and soft travel cases: 500 THB
    • Hard travel cases: 700 THB
  • Arrange your own shipping. Send the item back with any courier at your own cost. We recommend a tracked service, because we cannot refund a parcel that does not reach us.

If you are replacing the item with another VESSEL product, we waive the return label fee.

Please contact us before you send anything back. Items returned without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

Items we cannot accept

  • Custom and personalized items, including any product with embroidery, printing or bespoke colours
  • Gift cards
  • Sale and clearance items, which are final sale
  • Items missing parts that were included with them, such as rain hoods, straps, cart strap sleeves or towel rings
  • Promotional gifts, which must be returned together with the item they came with

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away and include photos of the problem. In these cases we cover the return shipping ourselves, no label fee applies, and we will repair, replace or refund the item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original for a refund and place a new order once your return is approved. Stock on popular models moves quickly, so ordering the replacement separately is the surest way to secure it. When you are replacing an item this way, we waive the return label fee.

Warranty

Every VESSEL product carries a one year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship. If your product has a genuine manufacturing defect within that year, we will repair or replace it at no charge.

What the warranty covers

Faults in the materials or in the way the product was made, under normal use.

What the warranty does not cover

  • Accidental damage, including drops, impacts and liquid exposure
  • Normal wear and tear, including friction marks, fading and the natural ageing of leather
  • Misuse, neglect, overloading or improper storage
  • Damage caused by altering or repairing the product outside VESSEL
  • Loss or theft
  • Products bought from anyone other than VESSEL Thailand or an authorized retailer

The warranty covers the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Making a warranty claim
